They are very knowledgeable and have the relevant certifications in various continuous improvement methodologies. They have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing continuous improvement projects or programs. They have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in working with various levels of the organization and culture. In addition, our consultants have been in the leadership positions before, as such they know very well what is important to business leaders and the inner workings of the corporate world. They know which needle to move to ensure we achieve the client’s objectives.
